"My parents and I live in a old brick apartment building in Hoboken that is from the 1880s. The bathroom in our apartment had not been updated since the 1940s. We needed help ASAP. We checked out Cesar s page and wanted to hire him immediately. The reviews speak for themselves. When he came into our apartment to give us a quote we knew that this was contractor we needed to get the job done. Cesar is affordable, friendly, and very accommodating to any issues or concerns you have before starting the project. Two massive issues with our project were that my dad has spinal & walking issues, so we needed the floors clear of all tools and materials at the end of the each day so that father could walk efficiently through the apartment. The other big issue was that we only have 1 bathroom, so Cesar agreed to work with us on pulling the toilet off and on as every day finished so that we did not have to leave our building to use the toilet. Him and his crew are the best and take pride in their work so that owner is happy with the final result. We brought the bathroom down to the bare bones and rebuilt it back up. I worked with him every step of the way to make sure that he needed all materials to get the job done in the time we needed. This project was an intense remodel with some of the hardest demo and substrate materials that an old bathroom can have. He didn t think anything of it. He has veteran experience in the field and this remodel only took 3 weeks. We are very impressed with Cesar s craftsmanship and professionalism and we will be hiring him again for any future interior projects."

"We hired Ernest and Sons to construct our patio tiles. We purchased 2' X 2' Tiles and I have to say they did a gorgeous job. I was so pleased with the way they showed up when they said they would. The men that laid out on my job worked so hard. The labor was very strenuous but they never took a break. They were the most conscientious and polite workers I've ever dealt with. They worked neatly, cleaned up totally afterward, and just had a great deal of respect for our property. They really did a beautiful job and Ernest, the owner is a real gentleman also. "Found them through Angie's list and couldn't have had a better experience. Pedro and Luis showed up within 24h from my initial call and gave me a very competitive estimate on the spot (I still can't understand why people replace good patio doors when they can replace only the glasses for a fraction of the price!). Glasses were order and arrived in the promised time frame. Installation and replacements took just a few hours. Pedro and Luis were always punctual, easy to communicate with, professional, friendly, extremely clean and went above and beyond what I had expected by doing small things outside the scope of the job like caulking cracks on the windows etc. I would definitely recommend them and will go back to them for all my glass needs. <br />"

"This is the second time we have used Rowland and the team at Dwell Renovations. We built a full addition for my mother in law. Kitchen, living room, bath, bedroom. "Exceptional work performed by Puglisi Renovations LLC from the initial first conceptional design meeting with Cristina to the final completion of the renovation of the kitchen. This wife/husband team is always listening for any concerns or questions that the customer brings up during the initial design and also throughout the entire construction period. They handed and address all issues and concerns in a very timely and professional manner. Cristina completed a fabulous kitchen design for our home and her husband Daniele Puglisi follow thru with the construction. Additional work that was not anticipated and could not be considered as part of the original scope of work was completed in a timely manner and for a fair and reasonable price. Be prepared for a short wait time in order for them to start your project. But trust me, the wait time is well worth it. You do not rush fine carpentry."

"I love my sunroom. I love them. They were really nice. Chris was a wonderful man and the girl in the office was always very helpful. I've never had a problem. Every question I had they answered it. They even brought me books because some of my neighbors wanted to use them. I totally recommend them. They were really very good. The man who put up the sunroom was just absolutely excellent. One person put up the sunroom, but I had to have a person to do the underground work, to put in the pinnings on the ground and that's a different company altogether. So, the only thing people would look out for is the company that they choose and do research on that company. They get a contractor to put in the underpinnings down in the ground that the sunroom would stand on and the guy was good. I don't know him, but I'm just saying that people would need to check on that, not just the sunroom. The man who put up the sunroom was here every morning at the crack of dawn. They're not city slickers. I would definitely use them again. It was really well done."
