Richard did a great job from planning and design (shout out to Hanna on this), to demo, to install, to finish work. Richard was on time, reliable, and not your typical Cape contractor. Super clean at all times and was able to work with us on various hiccups/unexpected stuff along the way. He explained options and the pros and cons of each possible choice. He never upcharged us (unless we asked for something) and was exactly on budget. Very happy with his work and would definitely recommend. We will likely call on him again for our next project."

In the past I have remodeled 2 kitchens and neither went this smoothly. Amanda was amazing to work with…pleasant, always available and responsive. Mitchell is a hard worker and doesn’t stop….he attends to details and is very unobtrusive….there were times I had to remember he was in the bathroom working because he was so quiet! Their subcontractors come when they are scheduled and, if need be after Amanda checks on their work, will come right back to follow up. To top it all off, Seabreeze’s estimate was the best of those I got for exactly the same work and, other than my own changes and upgrades, stayed right on target.
