"I called a few plumbing companies on Angie's List for a rough estimate of the repair cost. A few gave quotes for replacing both the flush valve and the flapper fill valve. A few said they did not do quotes over the phone. Which I understood. After talking to a few of the plumbing companies, I chose Dave Kerr, owner of Twin City Pipeworks.
