In 1986 we purchased that branch and took the "original" company name of "Michiana". We have since had as many as 10 employees, right now we have 3. We usually collect half upon starting a project & half when work is completed. At this time we "do not" accept credit cards. Our estimating fees are usually $65.00 and if work is scheduled the fee is waived. (as far as discounts I feel that if there are discounts given usually the price will reflect an up charge)
