Eddie was abrupt and Mike was nice. Eddie also overcharged due to charging full estimate price upon completion when we already agreed to not replace one toilet - so via email he immediately agreed to reimburse me the $325.00. Problem was I needed to email him 4 or five times and call him before getting the check about a month later. For this reason and that his public relations was lacking - especially with my wife - I wouldn't want to hire him again."
