Most either never got back to us with quotes or told us the scope of work would take weeks/months to complete. Westley not only gave me a quote on the spot, but started later that week. In two days, they had the work completed that others told us would take weeks to finish. Aside from the initial excavation and land clearing, he also handled our foundation prep, facilitated our foundation being poured and did the final finish work (getting our driveway re-pitched, installing a run-off drain, etc). "Chris's team arrived early and went strait to work. He charge's by the truckload, which can be problematic if you do not have a reputable complany. Some companies would simply load up the stuff as they were which would have likely filled the truck 4 times over. However, this company broke everything down into smaller pieces which then reduced the number of truckloads, in my estimate, by at least half. For example, there were two sofas and Chris's team chopped them up into smaller, flatter pieces. Chris is very personable and oversaw every step of the process ensuring that his team was careful not to damage the premises and that the area was cleaned up after all was removed. Overall, excellent job!"

"We were looking to install a half circular driveway and did our research by looking at reviews from several companies. We found J Perry Paving had the most satisfied customers so we requested an estimate. They came to the property and gave us a quote. We were very satisfied with the amount and scheduled that day to have the work done. They showed up on time and were very professional. We have received so many compliments and when neighbors asked who did it and we told them they all said they knew someone who had work done by Joe and said they are the best. We agree with them. We plan on having the sealcoating done in the summer. Great job and very nice to work with."

"We hired the group to dig up a large area of bamboo and take a tree down. They were the only group I could find that would take on the bamboo removal. A back hoe was used to dig up the bamboo and I think the job was done fairly well. However, The roots were largely not removed so the bamboo came back up in full force after a month. Bamboo is difficult to eradicate, so we expected this. My main complaint is regarding the payment. They did not accept credit cards and although they accepted checks, they would not accept my out of state check. They did not want to wait 2 days for my check to clear. It was suggested that I could pay at Walmart, which I was not willing to do. The final solution, after much discussion was a Venmo payment, not to the company but to a specific person who I never met. I requested a receipt with the company name on it and never received it. I have hired numerous contractors for various reasons over the past 30 years and have never experienced such a problem over payment. This experience was bizarre. I would not hire them again."
