Each time it has been with different items: I have had my kitchen remodeled,  a deck torn down and rebuilt, a new roof put on, old fencing disc arded, and a yard cleanup. The only difference in pricing was for the roofing and even though ti was more money it was STILL CHEAPER than a dumpster!!! "It went very well! He knew what to do when a problem arose (insulation in the window channels where the weights go). We had to re-negotiate the price for the extra work he had to do, but it all went well and was accomplished within the time he said. Looks great! House is from 1920's with original windows. The wood was in good shape but glass was very fine and broken in places. 6 exterior window openings"

"I hired Brian owner of a Few Good Tradesmen many years ago to do some electrical work and he has since done about 20 projects for me, all of which have come in on time and within budget.  Brian is more than a contractor, he gives you ideas on how to do projects, creatively working with your space and budget . He has since done many different types of jobs from completely renovating bathrooms to building additions and rewiring a whole house. He knows how to manage crews and takes responsibility when one of the subs doesn't show up or does a poor job.
