Instead of addressing the actual issue, they removed the entire toilet, broke the flange, and then tried to convince me it was already damaged ? even though I knew for a fact it wasn?t. To make things worse, they did not reinstall the toilet correctly. The bolt was left crooked and unstable (see photo), and the toilet was not secured the way it should be and they charged me 350$ When I called them back to fix their own mistake, they repeatedly hung up on me.
