"We contracted Nei Brothers to give us an estimate of replacing the carpet in our entire house. Dennis was extremely knowledgable about his products. The level of service on our first visit convinced us that this was the company for us. <br /> The work was done in 2 phases to lessen the disruption to our special needs child. They made sure to have his bedroom completed and ready for him before he came home from school. The quality of the workmanship cannot be beat. The quality of the materials used far exceed our expectations. Because we had this done on two different days, the clean up between each phase was outstanding. "I never write reviews on anything but I feel I needed to share my experience with Universal Carpet. My wife and I shopped all the big box stores for new vinyl plank flooring and found just about the same products everywhere. Prices were all about the same and the products were not substantial at most. I shared my experience with a close friend and he referred me to Universal Carpet. I called and set up an appointment with Mike Larsen. He came by our house and looked over our situation and brought some sample pieces by. We talked for a while and he invited my wife and I to look at samples at his office. My wife is a picky shopper and with Mike's input and suggestions we decided on a COREtec product to install. The cost was a bit higher than big box, but not much more at all. Mike explained that he could sell us a big box item but he didn't think we would be happy. Mike was not pushy at all throughout the sale process and kept us updated on delivery date and time. We received the product and had it installed this week and we are overly pleased with the outcome!! My wife and I give two thumbs up to Universal Carpet and our rep. Mike Larsen."

"It when well.  The estimator came over and measured the floors one evening.  He later sent me an estimated.  I agreed and paid half as a down payment.  The materials were ordered and delivered.  The wood was in my hose for 3 days to acclimatized.  One worker installed the floors in 2 days.  On the third day two workers came and stained the floors and put on two top coats.  On the fourth a final topcoat was applied. <br />"

"I called asking for an estimate for carpeting the room and if it could be done quickly.  I spoke with Diana who was able to get Jaime, the owner, on his cell within 2 minutes and called me back.  He said if I could come to the store and pick out carpet at 5pm Friday, they could install the next day (Saturday). I went to the store and we went into the warehouse in the back of the store to view the rolls of carpet; I was only looking for a 12x12 piece in a neutral cream and told him it could even be a remnant.  He was able to locate a roll of carpet that met my needs, quoted me the price, and arranged to come between 11 and 12 on Saturday. Jaime came with help from his son and the men were able to get the carpet laid efficiently and quickly.  There were minimal marks on the baseboard trim and the edges and thresholds were done perfectly.  I've had issues with carpet layers in the past scraping all the paint off of my furniture and leaving ripples in the carpet. Silva's was perfect and I will definitely use them again. <br />"
