"Todd and his team are professionals. They were very thorough and progressed through multiple steps of rodding and jetting before finally having to dig in the yard to add a cleanout to resolve my sewer issue. The entire team was contentious and intent at every step. Unfortunately, my 60+-year-old pipes needed a bit more than could be managed from inside the house. Not only were they professional and aggressive in resolving the issue, but they were also very responsive to our urgent needs and showed up when they said they would for every visit. Great guys and fair pricing...highly recommended"

I retract a review I previously submitted for The Plumbing Doctor.  What could be considered a miscommunication was overcome in a short time.  John contacted me to make up for the mis-happenings by providing is service complimentary, and I was open to regain the trust that was lost.  We spoke over the phone and scheduled a time for him to come out to my apartment and finalize the few items I had on a punch list that I was needed for a bathroom makeover to be complete (reinstall toilet, shower trim and hook up sink faucet).  He was prompt, and very courteous and even came back a second time to see the work through to its completion.  The Plumbing Doctor is a service that I was grateful of being introduced to through Angie's List.

"If I’d have known about The Scottish Plumber four years ago, I probably would not have had to replace this faucet so soon. He fixed the problems that the other plumber created and left my place spotless!"

"Lincoln was A on everything. The only thing is you have to pay in cash for everything, he is an old guy, and don't take checks or charge. He did an tremendous job fixing busted pipes, had lines busted, he gave me an fantastic price, fixed the concrete, and everything. The only thing that I don't like is that they don't take charges, but I was fine with it."

"After checking with a few companies I decided to go ahead with Great Lakes Refinishing.  Matt arrived on time and did a great job.  Everything was taped and cleaned up afterwards.  The ONLY negative is that I was told it would take 4-6 hours while it took 8.  But since I was in and out all day that was fine.  The tub looks fantastic!

"These guys are great. They came in and had to dig a15 ft long trench that was 3 ft wide and 6 ft deep to repair a sewer line in my front yard that had been damaged by another contractor. They also installed a clean out box for future maintenance. All their work was professional and timely.
Highly recommend for any plumbing needs.

"I called Home Fixers because I had a problem with an exterior outlet and a running toilet. They were able to fix both problems and it cost a lot less than if I had called an electrician and a plumber to fix them. They showed up on time and did a great job."

"They responded promptly to my request for ridding out of the sewer line on my property. When their work revealed a bigger problem – a root- infested, partially collapsed section of pipe – they proposed a plan and schedule for excavating and replacing the problem section. They were informative and helpful in answering my many questions, handled pulling permits and calling JULIE, and completed the larger job promptly. I have not experienced any further problems with the line. I will definitely contact f3 plumbing for my next plumbing job, which hopefully won’t be anytime soon!"

"It went well! The repair was very extensive but they did a great job. They were very professional and I would highly recommend them."
