"When I posted my request to Angi, I promptly received an email from New Life Handyman Services (Joe Tragulia) stating that he was interested in doing the work for me. I replied back to him and then he followed up by calling me and asking if I would send him pictures of the needed repair and I did. Within minutes, he called me saying he was confident he could do the repair and informed me of his pricing structure. We scheduled a time for him to come to my house and was on time as he stated. He looked at the job and explained what we was going to do and I agreed. He took a trip to Home Depot and purchased what he needed (he gave me the receipt) and then made the repair. I watched him work and it was obvious he knew what he was doing. In short order, he finished, cleaned the area all in 2 hours. The price was totally unexpected, because the other contractors didn't want to do such a small repair or told me it was a difficult area to access the location on a 2nd floor dormer and would either need to build scaffolding and or tie-off with harnesses, which would have been very costly. Joe and his partner were confident and needed neither of that and had no problem reaching it. What could easily have cost me thousands from other contractors that I feel were going to gouge me, Joe did it for hundreds. He is an absolute Professional along with a very pleasant demeanor, along with very very reasonable pricing. Both my wife and I agreed we chose the right contractor to to the work for us and made us feel very comfortable that he was honest and did a fabulous job. "I had seen Ray's advertisement in Angie's book under construction, figuring he should be able to do about anything, I was right and I'm very lucky. He returned my call the next business day as I had called after hours and left a recorded message. I had another person do work in Novemeber late and I'm still waiting for him to return and finish unfinished work, but he got paid and now he's sending a refund. So you can image my fears of getting another person, boy was I lucky. I had Ray start out with the trim around my garage door (Old trim had been removed for the house to be Stuccoed). Also a ceiling patch because the roof leaked and it had ugly water damage (Gone & Beautiful). Ray also took it upon himself to put ceiling texture where there was gouges from ME removing the popcorn ceiling (he also painted the areas after all had dried). I then had on my list to put Crown Molding up in the entire living room space, entry, and our hallway, and painted, this was done the same day as the other projects. Ray helped me get a lot of my "THINGS TO DO" completed. So seeing what a great job he does, I asked for him to do more on my list (You Know These List Don't END!) Ray isn't pushy but does give you suggestions, he's smart, polite, and very professional. Ray is Prompt and lets you know if he's running late."

"My husband and I found CER Design Build to be not just another
professional company but a professional company with a vision, listening ear to
our style and taste with a kick as Emeril would say, and the understanding that
we needed it to be in resale condition as well! We are not designers but just
know we want something nice and appealing in our master bath. CER Design Build
had a designer that hit it on the nail! It is a room we enter every day and
would like to have that wow factor without emptying all our savings. They were
able design something that would make us feel lush while staying within the
budget and still keeping within our taste and style of our mid-century
bungalow. Our bathroom has amazing appeal and yet does not look like it can?t
blend with the rest of the home for us to sell one day. We contacted several
contractors and they had great ideas but with big budgets AND we would be
forced to remodel the entire house in order to sell it because it was just way
too different from the remainder of the house that we knew we were not
changing. The quote we received was also more detailed than 90% of the quotes
we got which made us wonder if the other contractors were cutting corners and
not telling us exactly what they would be doing so we could not hold them accountable.
We understand that doing something the right way, especially when bringing
older homes up to code, can be a little tedious and require additional tasks
for a solid foundation but we want it to be something we are proud, safe, and
comfortable with and feel good about selling it to someone else. We have heard
many stories of homeowners half doing renovations and then it causes problems
for a future homeowner or their family that could have been avoided. We felt
CER Design build was not looking for a big project to just show off in a
picture but for a customer who could benefit having a balance of customer
immediate satisfaction, budget, and long term investment. Our long term
investment and desire to sell came to fruition and unfortunately we have sold
that home yet purchased another home where we do want to have a whole house
renovation. We are looking forward to CER Design Build making this house our

"I would hire this company to do everything in my house if they did it! Robert and his crew have unbeatable work ethic. The appointment times were kept and prompt, the product is exactly what was promised, the skill of the install is phenomenal to the point that I don't even need to touch up the painting I did before the install! The installer was very friendly and professional. He did a great job cleaning up at the end of the install. Being able to organize in smaller spaces is life changing! I highly recommend doing it in your home and having Premiere Closets do it. It's worth every penny, which was very reasonable."

They know their plants and are good at grooming their shrubbery. They are quick, clean up, and have a foreman who checks that everything is correct before they leave the job. I’ve had different contractors before and they are honest guys. They bill you online and you can send a check or pay by credit card. Their costs are reasonable and you get what you pay for. The crew provides good quality and they are clean cut. They come around and discuss with you before they do the job. I have a lot of plants and shrubs and they will replace anything you need replaced. They crawl on their hands and knees when getting the job done and it is just perfection when they are gone. The owner is hard working and nothing is too much trouble. They are super and I love what they do. I have no complaints with this company at all."
