We ended up sending both of them away because their work was the quality you’d expect for a property that someone was going to flip instead of live in for the rest of your life. He uncovered an unanticipated problem with the stringers in the midst of the project and was able to implement a solution and keep everything on track. His attention to detail and communication during the project makes him someone we’d like to hire again for our future projects. Charles is truly a skilled craftsman and it shows in his work.
