"Bob Stahl and his guys did an excellent and expedient job of the project. They arrived on the day they had committed to start the work in late January.  The demo work and new base cabinet work was installed well enough in a week for the countertop provider (which I had hired separately) to measure.  They then completed the custom cabinet work, did drywall patching and aligning of everything (which was tricky because some of my walls and soffits were pretty out of plumb).  We had to wait about 2 weeks for the counter to be fabricated and installed and then Bob and his crew got right back to work and wrapped things up including the tile backsplash.  The craftsmanship and quality of the cabinets is excellent (better than any manufactured cabinets I've seen - all 3/4 inch birch ply) and the quality of the custom painted white finish is excellent. His guys were meticulous and I'm not the easiest guy to satisfy (I'm an architect).  The cost was exactly what he'd indicated it would be and the items I added to the scope of the project were very reasonably priced.  They were also very neat and cleaned up everyday after they completed work. <br /> I would hire Bob again in a heartbeat and have already recommended him to friends. <br />"

"It went wonderfully. Mary is a genius at design and working with people. She took a lot of time working with us to make sure our design was correct. She was extremely professional and patient as we worked though all of the details of the project. When designing the kitchen, she went though all of the options with cabinet insides. In addition to redesigning the kitchen, we replaced carpet elsewhere in the house. Mary made a daunting task approachable and fun. I cannot recommend the whole team at Paneling Factory enough. <br />"

"I would highly recommend hiring Kitchen Emporium for your remodeling job!! Rob was very knowledgeable and made it so easy to coordinate all aspects of the job. The Koch cabinets we purchased were made in the USA, come in many different woods, stain colors, and face fronts, and all have soft-close cabinets and drawers as a standard feature. All of the trade workers that arrived to complete their portion of the job were exceptional! Each one arrived on time and completed the job as expected. Rob kept us informed every step of the way and was easy to get in touch with. We paid half down and the remaining half was not expected until all work was completed to our satisfaction. My husband and I were very pleased with Kitchen Emporium!"

"Jimmy came out and was very personable. Spent 10 minutes looking at the job, and then promised a quote. I called back two weeks later and he mumbled something and promised a quote. Two weeks later and nothing. If you are too busy - just say so - don't string customers along so you have business down the road. My doorway is completely nonfunctional and I expressed a need for some speed. I really would far rather have written a review about the great work - but I am searching for a new contractor. It usually takes 4-10 weeks to get a custom door in, so now I am looking at January/February rather than December like we would have been talking if I had gotten some timely responses. I have no idea how good his work is - for those who eventually do get serviced it seems like it was acceptable. I do notice all the good reviews are WELL over a year old... he was actually a really nice guy. Hate writing these reviews - but I would hate it even more if I am waiting here because other people had the same experience and decided not to share... I think the "fair" rating of 3 is a early Christmas gift given my experience. Essentially - nothing has been done on my project for nearly six weeks while I waited for... nothing"

"I am new to the area and needed the kitchen updated. After a big box estimate, Costco cabinet estimate I decided to go with this local company. I am so glad I did. MCCoy was excellent to work with, knowledgable, took time to listen to what I wanted and delivered. My Decora cabinets are just great. All of the subs that work with Kitchen Concepts are excellent. They made the open shelves I wanted and even got me the Not so Lazy Susan for the corner cabinet. I recommend this company for your kitchen work!"
