"What can't I say about James, Ernie & Bryan/Brien. I hired Zero Electric (ZE) to raise/replace my front and backyard electrical outlets. James examined the outlets & suggested what he thought would be best. When we got to the 4th outlet, I guess he must have read my facial expression that I was not convinced. He not only re-suggested how he thought these outlets should be reinstalled but physically showed me & stated why. I was convinced & agreed that his suggestion was best. He and his guys were very attentive, they listened and are personable. Even though the day was a scorcher, James said it would take 4 hrs which it did. "Fred did a wonderful job adding 4 recessed lights, a pendant, and an electrical outlet in the guest bedroom and 3 recessed lights in the hallway. He was very thorough and checked with me regarding spacing, height of the pendant, etc. He quoted me for patching, but not painting since I will complete that myself. "Very satisfied with upgrading a 100amp residential electrical panel to 200amp. Benjamin and his crew came out to review a 40+ year old panel and his bid laid out everything he thought needed to be done. His bid was similar/competitive with the other two I received, but as with anything like this, some extra costs did materialize after discussions with Edison and City of Long Beach; he explained all of these and got my sign off on everything he did/added, and at the end he kept the extra costs as low as possible. Benjamin’s communication was great and he tried to explain everything to me - the novice. During the “rough inspection” the inspector said “this is probably the cleanest and most organized residential panel project I’ve ever seen”. They also did a nice job of covering the old service mast and panel/meter box and cleaning up after the project. Orozco's will be coming back for some other work inside my house and I will probably eventually bring them back for some upgrades"
