TJ did not try to oversell the project (he actually suggested doing less rather than more) and was able to have a custom counter/sink made for a very tricky cabinet base. His crew installed 2 toilets, a light fixture, and a new sink top (including all new plumbing in the cabinet) in less than a day AND in the middle of a pandemic and snowy weather. They laid drop cloths from the front door to the bath, wore masks, and left no clean for me. Communication via email was easy throughout the process and Lisa , in the office, was delightful anytime I had to call. We will definitely reach out to TJ at W.B. Dickenson if we are need of another facelift, a full remodel, or just have some plumbing work to be done!"

I shared a picture of the huge rock we shipped to their landscaper of their new home in Washington NC, (Pops said if you found a rock you had to report it) we drove down and decorated it with red ribbon and greenery then drove them to the landscapers. So long story not so short, when Wes’s team finished our deck he placed a huge red bow on the railing. It meant so much to me and reinforced the fact that he listens to his customers. "My wife and I hired TJ'S cleanout services for a complete kitchen remodel. We couldn't be happier with the results. Tj was very responsive and always was in communication with us. Consistently letting us know what step was next and what we should expect. This was our first experience with a project like this and weren't sure what to expect. We emailed and called so many contractors that either didn't answer or didn't respond. A few "contractors" we talked to got very uncomfortable when we wanted to check and make sure they were licensed and insured. When we asked about the demolition portion of the job some companies said they either don't do it or won't do it. We really weren't sure why. we finally found Troy with TJ'S Cleanout services, he informed us that he is a state licensed demolition contractor. He told us that handyman type services and smaller 1 man operations usually aren't licensed. We are so happy with the results. 100% will use them again for any of our future projects."
