"The short story: Chris is nothing short of great, and I would recommend him with my highest 5-star rating to anyone. The color commentary: I found Chris on Angie’s list a year ago and had him do a few minor jobs while preparing to put my house on the market. I was pleased with the quality of work and his flexibility and professionalism, so I asked him to do bigger jobs when I moved to a townhouse. He has just completed a kitchen renovation, a master bath tub/tile/glass door installation, a complete redo of a half bath, and a million other things along the way. A plumber I brought in for a different job commented on the high quality of the carpentry work Chris did installing my cabinets. They are perfect. Chris stayed dedicated to this job from start to end (a couple of weeks), and did not spread it out to work on other jobs in between. The quality is top notch. "Rich was great. He responded promptly to my inquiry, and gave me an accurate estimate of the cost. I was nervous about starting and the schedule, but once we agreed he went right at it. He said it would take 3 to 5 weeks and he finished in 4. I was impressed by the hard work Rich put into this. For the radiant heat, he sought out a company representative, who met us in my home to discussed what the installation would entail. Rich and his crew then followed the company's instructions to the letter, and now I have nice warm floors (the house is on a slab). The new floors look beautiful, and the doors as well. I included a picture of the insulation that Rich's crew installed in the walls. They are as careful with what you won't see, as they are with what you do see."

"Peter and Billy installed a mini-split a/c system in my home recently. There were 3 head units on 3 different floors. They arrived on time, discussed the work with me, and explained what they were doing when I would pop in to check on the progress. It was a two-day installation with rain on the first day and heat/humidity on the second. Throughout both days both Peter and Billy remained of good cheer, working efficiently, without a grumble about the weather. An electrician, Chris, joined them on the second day and completed his work quickly. He even took the time to tack up a dangling powerline in the drop ceiling of the basement that wasn't part of the a/c install. Mid-afternoon on the second day everything was complete. Peter walked me through the work they had done, inside and outside. He asked if I had any questions or concerns. I'm very happy with the work that was done and would recommend them to anyone who asked."
