"Communicated well, asked questions and considered my answers and concerns. Experienced and interested in a quality job. Provided a firm quote and stuck to it. Replaced my main load panel, great job for a very fair price."

"Frank went above and beyond. He and his crew were courteous and respectful. They did everything! All the knob and tube wiring was removed. He found a lot of issues with the wiring and fixed it all. He also put in additional outlets and lighting. I would recommend him for any kind of electrical work."

"Electrical experts of Easthampton, Massachusetts did an incredible job upgrading the electrical panel, plus changing out all the electrical outlets and switches in the house in addition to adding two additional outlets to the garage. Wiring to the garage included pre-wiring our garage to accept the installation of an EV hookup for a future electric car or hybrid vehicle. Both Alan (the electrician) and Brandon (his apprentice) were a team and worked as quickly and efficiently as possible. Alan communicated with us frequently regarding progress of this huge project. Alan and Brandon moved large heavy pieces of furniture and bookcases to be able to have access to the outlets behind them. I was amazed at how they were able to get into the smallest spaces without difficulty. The best part is that they moved everything back into position. They did not leave anything out of place. After the work was completed, both Alan and Brandon did a walk around and were open to any questions that we may have. Alan also went over the new panel in the basement. Alan and Brandon were in communication with each other so that they could accurately label each toggle switch on the new new electrical access panel. Alan then went over the panel with me. I deeply appreciate the level of communication with that team! For the amount of work that was done over a 3-day period of at least 8 hours a day was well worth the money spent! It has definitely increased the value of my house now that it is up to current (no pun intended !) modern day code! I also appreciate The secretary at electrical experts for being open to any scheduling changes. Both my husband and I highly recommend electrical experts of Easthampton, Massachusetts for any electrical issues that you may have. They are quite caring and a nice group of people to deal with."

"Travis and his team do outstanding work! Brent, Nick and Aiden did the majority of the project. I can’t say enough about their professionalism, skills and timeliness. They are extremely hard working individuals who clearly take pride in the work they do for others. They put in a new panel and rewired our entire house built in 1902 -not an easy job- and added multiple ceiling lights, outlets and switches where none existed before. They were very clean, used drop cloths and repaired holes. There was minimal dust, so my mom could live in the house during the work- nothing like what other people described when they had similar work done by other companies. They answered questions and replaced switches quickly when we realized the original color we picked did not look right. They were respectful and timely and the entire process went quicker than we thought possible. Travis and Brent were available by phone/text if we had questions on days not working. Mom and I highly recommend hiring!"

"If you are looking for an electrician, look no more. It may take a few phone calls, but these guys are the best! I recently contacted Paciorek Electric about a large amount on electrical work/repairs not done to code by a previous homeowner which have created safety issues in my house. Tim Paciorek was clear about what to expect in terms of cost and service. Their personnel showed up on time, were respectful, went over everything I had on my list and clearly communicate everything they were doing and/or needed o be done in the house. They spent 2 days at my house and I am planning to have them do some more work. I am completely satisfied with their service. I cannot imagine a more efficient and confident team of electricians."

"Paul showed up in a timely fashion, fixed my electrical service that was damaged by a storm and had the power back on."

"If not for DC Electric fixing my pool motor, I would not have been able to lower the water in the pool in preparation for the additional inches of rainfall, thereby preventing possible flooding. Not only that, since I had Mr Cropanese here, he was able to address another electrical concern I had. Most happy with his work and will recommend him to others."

"Unique circumstances but perfect execution even when the requirements kept changing. Chris R. and Zach dealt with, and knew how to handle, each one. Can’t ask for more than that. A church, with a old floodlight on a 16’ ceiling; another elevated floodlight precariously set up between pews; custom temporary adjustments to main panel to find space for two 240v cables for a floor sander; updated outlet; a genius custom dimmer switch for floodlight that saved necessary $; and I still can’t believe how long Chris R. spent bringing back the brass luster of the ceiling flood that had old excess paint all over it. That was so above and beyond. Thank you gentleman. Our church looks forward to working with you again!(and for our home). And all from a reference from our son in Burgy who had a similar experience."

"Mr. Epps was able to troubleshoot and repair my electrical issue. He also did a wonderful job installing the recess lighting in my living room and did not leave a mess behind Iike some contractors do."

"Alan came onsite the same day of the quote and did a great job adding a new outlet in my bathroom. He also came out to do a full days work rewiring fixtures and upgrading breakers. All in all he did an excellent job and would recommend."
