"My husband and I spoke with one of their employees. They are going to write up an estimate for a kitchen. We haven't really settled on them but they did come out and were prompt about it. They were very responsive. I stopped by their office in Amherst and they called to set up an appointment to see us. They came exactly when they said they would come. They spent a good hour and a half or two hours discussing what we like. They were really very professional about it. We talked about our ideas for the project and they said they would get back to us in about two weeks with an estimate. We don't have the estimate yet but we definitely would consider using them. We haven't had anyone else come in but we will probably look at a few other places before we decide."

Jeff, the salesman I dealt with was attentive without being overwhelming and the first order was delivered in about 4 weeks. The windows were exactly what I was looking for and fitting them was a breeze. I followed up with another order for the remaining 13 windows in my porch and again, they arrived quickly, were of great quality, exactly to size and easy to fit. "Keith was exceptionally helpful and professional in planning the replacement of our deck. He gave excellent advice, had great ideas, listened to what we wanted, and always considered cost and quality. He kept us informed throughout the project with daily texts and phone calls. He worked very neatly and efficiently, and was always on time. His complete trustworthiness made us comfortable to give him access to the property while we were away on several days during the job. His attention to detail made the finished product outstanding. His language and behavior was of the highest quality, as was his work. There was a daily text message about material ordering and delivery status, arrival time, and anything we needed to discuss. I have never been so well informed as to the status and cost of a project on and on-going basis. The size of the deck was over 800 square feet and our expectations were exceeded every day of the project. We had several quotes on the project. While Keith’s was not the lowest, it was nowhere near the highest, but the quality or work was the highest of any contractor we ever used. His quote was in line with my other two, but he really won the job with his thorough assessment of my home, attention to detail and a sincere promise for a 5 star experience. Personally, I like going the local, small business route. I like looking the owner in the eye and knowing who is at the top of the operation. Matt is one of those guys who is worth his salt, has integrity and kept his word every step of the way. The process was impressive to see. The crew was very professional, incredibly hard working, but never rushing through things. Their attention to detail along with Matt’s constant supervision really led to perfection. Even their post job cleanup exceeded my high expectations. I really didnt expect things to go this well but they did. Most importantly, the finished product was amazing. In part due to Matt’s experience and advisement, but also because his crew clearly has the highest level of skill and attention to detail. I really cant say enough good things.
