"Our existing bathroom was a half bathroom with sink vanity, toilet, washer and dryer. We needed to eliminate laundry equipment and add shower and closet in the space that was designated for a washer and dryer, and add outside venting. We also wanted to tile the whole bathroom up to the ceiling. The job was performed excellent and we are very happy with the choices we made. Bill Perry and his crew were working in our house before renovating basement and building rooms there, so we knew that they were the best company for us. "Phil coordinated and supervised the entire roof repair and shingling of our 200 year old house. He then stripped the clapboards to bare wood, replaced broken clapboards as well as soft wood behind some of them, before applying 3 coats of paint to the entire house. Phil told us up front that he took his time to do it right and would not be applying paint within three days of it raining., to ensure there would be no moisture under the paint. The work was done meticulously, with care taken to avoid any spillage or leftover material. I wish I could provide some photos to show his work!"

Gerry went above and beyond to make sure everything was up to standard and done correctly. I really appreciated the constant communication so I was never left in the dark. Because there was a time restraint there were minor details that were a little off but nothing major that we couldnâ t fix. Gerry actually did more than he needed to but it was very tremendously appreciated. He even followed up and made sure everything was how we wanted it. Gerry and his team made our home feel like home again after a tragedy and I do recommend using his services.
