"Jim returned my call 2 days after my initial call to him. He said he would come out to evaluate it the next Thursday evening (in 2 days) and possibly complete the work that day. He missed that appt. and did not call that evening to explain. He did call the next day and offer a reasonable explanation. Jim said he would come on Saturday to look at the work. He arrived on time and evaluated the work. He did not have the necessary tools to complete the job, and suggested we purchase different weather stripping. He said he would return the next day (Sunday) at 10 to do the job. He arrived on time and did everything we requested. The door feels and fits snug now. He replaced the weather stripping. He removed the door to properly align it in the frame and also to enable placement of the new seal. He morticed new openings for the latch and dead bolt in the door jamb.  <br /> We are very happy with the end result and that is why Jim gets an 'excellent' rating from both my husband and myself. "The problem became apparent on Christmas Day. Another plumber indicated that I had more than a plumbing problem and, most likely, needed to hire someone to rip out and replace the existing flooring. Fortunately, I had a second bathroom to use so, despite the inconvenience, the problem did not need emergency attention. Ker, at AllPro responded to my initial call immediately. He came out that day, indicated what needed to be done and provided me with an estimate. I accepted, and within a few days the project was completed (all in one working day!). "My husband purchased the work from Groupon. It was for 3 hours of drywall. We had some minor drywall repairs around our door frames. It took forever to get a response. My husband had to call a few times. Rick was polite when he and my husband spoke. I spoke with Rick to arrange the date and he told me I would not be charged for the plaster since it took so long to schedule and that a special kind of quick dry plaster would be used so that it could be sanded the same day. <br /> Once scheduled, the worker was polite and arrived on time. However he missed plastering around one of the door frames and charged me $50 for the materials. He also did not use the quick dry plaster so it was not sanded. <br /> <br />"

His team of Russell and Dan continued the excellent communication with me throughout the 4 day schedule. Since they were working at another job site, they contacted me daily on their availability and when they would be at my house. They were on-time if not early everyday!. "We had BlueLine out to repair some siding and soffit that was loose. It was a very small job for them, and I appreciate them taking time to do it. It did take longer than I would have expected to get someone out for an estimate (almost 3 weeks after we called to request one), especially for such a small job, then took close to a week after that to actually get the estimate. Apparently, they prepare and send estimates out in the office on Mondays. I wish they had told us that when they were out, though, because we were on a short timeline to get some work done prior to closing.  <br /> Once we did get an estimate, it was less than a week to get them out here. They showed up promptly as scheduled. He realized he didn't have a piece he needed and had to go get it. Unfortunately, his truck broke down. They promptly called us (both the worker who came out to the house and the office) to let us know and they came out to finish the job the next business day.  <br /> No problems with the quality of the work itself. <br />"
