"I finally gave up trying to keep raccoons from entering my attic and turned it over to the professionals. Jim came out to my house exactly when he said he would, spent at least two hours with me, listening to my problem and its history, looking over the house exterior in detail to determine how the raccoons were gaining access, as well as how other critters (mice, chipmunks, squirrels) might be able to enter in the future. He set up traps, checked them regularly, was available for messages 24/7 (always responded promptly), removed cages with trapped animals (including one on my roof) promptly so that the trapped animal never suffered unnecessarily being out in the heat. He answered every question I had, including re-location options and how the animals would be euthanized. He suggested exterior modifications I should make to keep the raccoons out (tree limb removal, fascia reinforcement, flashing on lower deck posts) - AND, provided me with a list of other modifications I might want to consider in the future re those mice, chipmunks, etc. VERY knowledgeable with LOTS of experience!! I found his fees to be extremely reasonable for all the excellent service I received. If needed, I would use Wildlife Wranglers again in a New York minute.
