Our insurance was really difficult to work with, They didn’t want to pay. They worked really hard with our insurance company sending pictures and answering any questions they had. We got a new roof and siding with their help, which looks great. They also helped my parents get a new roof which the insurance didn’t wanna pay for. They also helped a friend of mine get a new roof also siding, her insurance told her she didn’t need a new roof, but the funny thing was everyone around her needed a new roof, she was so thankful for the guys helping her out. "Had some hail damage to the roof and they drove out to check it out and give me an estimate, what I really liked was the gentleman (can’t remember his name) I talked with didn’t seem pushy or didn’t seem like he was trying to get me to spend more money than was was necessary and the whole process that seemed stressful at the beginning, wasn’t stressful at all and was very easy without having to talk on the phone with a whole bunch of different people. The work done was quality, as far as I can tell, and was done quickly and wasn’t a nuisance to my family and me during the process."
