"This is an ongoing project lasting over a year. So far so good. Probably for such long term projects dealing with pest removal from grounds, it would be helpful to set expectations early of what is to be expected for rodent treatment. In addition, better education for clients who receive such services on what progress over time looks like when hired to tackle the problem."

"Richard came to my mothers house on a Sunday and took care of a difficult bee problem. The bees were in an old air conditioner unit and had found their way inside. Richard took care of it right away!! He also got rid of another beehive I wasn't aware of. If you need help with pest he is the best!"

"They will sell you a car in a new york minute but if you find a problem GOOD LUCK! I found some paint issues on my new Prius and have e-mailed the sales manager and general sales manager and not gotten any response. Also e-mailed internet sales manager (twice) and both times his response was "I'll talk to my boss" but guess what....still waiting for a response. All I want is for them to make things right, touch up the scratches and chipped paint.?"

"I called George at Elite Pest Control about a pretty big swarm of yellow jackets around an overhang at the front of my house. It wasn't in the most reachable of places, but I tried to spray myself, and nothing seemed to work. They were able to come out the day I called to start working on my problem. It took Elite three visits by George and his sons to completely eradicate the nest (once in the dark!), but they were willing to keep coming back until the problem was resolved. Their rates are comparable to Adams/Orkin/Terminix and they had a 30 day guarantee on the nest removal, so I felt comfortable hiring them to do the job. I would totally recommend them to anyone looking to remove unwanted pests and would definitely use them again if we encounter more pests in the future!"
