"Justin and his crew have been amazing to work with every step of the way. 0ur roof was damaged in a storm last summer and we put it off until this year to have it looked at. Justin was extremely responsive and timely in coming to look at it, met with the insurance agent on extremely short notice, and was highly knowledgeable in helping us to understand the insurance process. He and his project manager, Darrin, were always available to answer questions and help us with samples and decisions. While they helped us understand every step, we never felt pushed or talked down to. The communication both ways was always very quick and polite. The entire team that worked on our property was obviously very skilled and took pride in their work. They took extra steps and time to make sure that gardens and landscaping surrounding the house was carefully protected during the tear-off process. That being said, they did work very quickly! "We normally use Magic Touch house cleaning services, however I saw a groupon for Brilliantly Bright Cleaning and decided to try them out. The cleaner was on time and extremely nice. However, in my opinion, Brilliantly Bright Cleaning does not have a candle to Magic Touch. Same three hour service & same price but things that Brilliantly Bright did not get done that the other cleaners did: didn't clean the entry way at all; didn't clean the down stairs toilet; didn't vacuum the furniture; didn't clean visible cobwebs; didn't clean the wood stairs; didn't clean our sliding glass door and still found dust bunnies in the corners downstairs. And I don't like how they use your cleaning equipment/supplies. HOWEVER our kitchen was beautifully clean! All and all, I will stick with Magic Touch cleaners, hands down!"
