"They arrived promptly to diagnose the problem, and promptly the next day to replace our well pump. Our well is quite deep (1000 feet) which complicated things. The well pump truck they usually use was out of service, so they improvised by using a crane to complete the job quickly, professionally, and with minimal disruption to us. Our well pump was (just) out of warranty by a few months, so on their own initiative, Burgess plumbing asked the well pump company if they would cover the failed pump under warranty. Even though the pump company declined to do so, the bill we received from Burgess plumbing was quite reasonable, considering the depth of the well involved. <br />"
