They send a spammy text (which you ofc ignore because who doesn't ignore spammy texts) and if you don't manually schedule with them they just don't service your property. Was with them a year until I realized they weren't having any problem billing me, but never once came out to service. AVOID"

"This is the worst service I have ever had in my life. The contract that I signed says Hawx pest control company covers 200 insects. They were running a promo for $49 promo for the 1st visit and $50 per month for 11 months (approximately $600). After the first visit, he told me that he didn't cover a German roaches and I would have to pay an extra $800 on top of what I had already agreed to pay--even though roaches were included in the original contract. His name is Chris and he is a manager for Hawx pest control. He wouldn't compromise or help at all. He just said he would refund my money and walked out. "
