"I hired Bob to do repairs and renovation of a condo rental unit. He renovated the bathroom with new tiles, replacing bathroom rotten wood frame window with a vinyl frame, installing new light fixtures and repairing bathroom plumbing, repairing torn screens, as well as repainting interior walls and trim throughout the unit and installing new shades throughout. He also plastered water-damaged ceilings and cleaned and organized the basement storage area. On the exterior he replaced a rotted window frame and missing clapboards, then patched and painted the wall. Bob arrived early each day and worked diligently. Bob is a great problem solver and works with you to suggest ways to do repairs for the best outcome while keeping costs down. His work is high quality. I would definitely hire him again."

Gerry and Kyle (father and son) were fantastic to work with. Gerry performed the estimate, made some suggestions to improve the look of the house, and made me feel like I was in capable hands. They went above and beyond just painting my home, with rotted wood replaced, flashing installed, putting the screens in and out, and fixing a previously poorly installed window (all included in the price, no add on charges). "Installed double therma tru fiberglass front doors. Arrived when they said, had the old doors out quick and went to work on the new doors. Hit a snag when the new doors were slightly wider than the opening, but the knew exactly what to do. Doors and new trim look amazing. I need to paint everything, but will post a picture unpainted for now. The best part is that I purchased the 8 hr special for $299. They sent two guys for 4 hours and they finished everything within the timeframe (we even had a lowes trip in there to get a few extra items). I had quotes to do the install anywhere from $1600-$3000 from other places. So thrilled I found these guys on Angie's list! Will definitely use again!"
