"I've used this provider three times.  First to re glue/repair dowels on my dining room chairs. ($160) This was done in house in 2004. <br /> I next used them to repair the claw foot dining room table which had separated top from base, not completely, but the top was wobbly. ($340) The glue had apparently dried out over the years.  This repair/remake required removal from the home.  They put in a reinforcement plus glue and guaranteed the same problem would not reoccur when moving the table.  This was in 2010.   <br /> The latest  need for their services was when a crib headboard had been stored with some kind of plastic draped over it.  When it was once again to be put to use, the finished was destroyed on a good part of the piece.  This time they removed the piece from my daughter's home and refinished it to 'just like new' condition. ($325) <br /> The furniture they worked on is all made of quality wood so the repair cost was quite agreeable.  Their service rep who came to my home each time was professional, and importantly said "yes, we can fix that". <br /> I would not hesitate to contact Furniture Medic again if I or anyone in m y family should need their services. <br />"

"Everything went just as Ruby said it would.  It was so nice having her come out and do the measuring and then take it home to make it.  I was never without my love seat, which was in contrast to every other estimate I received.  They all would have to pick up the furniture (for a fee) and I would be without it from 4-6 weeks.  Ruby does wonderful work and is pleasant and fun to be around.  I will certainly use her again! <br />"

Bill now works together with Dave Lambert, the owner of this newly-started business - Lebanon Upholstery. They are co-located with a well-reputed antique shop/ Bed and Breakfast, which in itself was to me, an indication of their expertise. Talking with Dave and Bill about what needed to be done, when I first brought my kitchen chairs in for an estimate, cemented my confidence in their abilities. And when I saw the results of their work, I was very impressed. As someone who is very particular, it takes a lot to impress me. <br /> <br /> Overall, they were very knowledgeable and made valuable recommendations for what work needed to be performed. I felt their pricing was very fair for the extent of work involved. Turnaround time was about a week for each set of chairs, and they were able to start work shortly after providing their estimate.
