The water in my 4 unit condo building had to be turned off for a bit. The team worked with the master plummer to get everyone notifed. Also, during the demolition tiles in an adjacent bath were damaged and an overhead light was broken. The tiles were reset before the end of the day. All costs were up front and if an issue arose (we knew some were there since our home was built in the 1800's) he gave us options and let us choose how to best remedy the issue. His price seemed too good to be true yet he was honest and got it done. What started as a bath tub to walk in shower change ended up a life saving floor joist change. The floor was soft and the wood had rotted out. He could have just worried about the shower yet he listened to my concern and fixed it all. Such a low added price for a toilet base that no longer leaks in the floor boards and a beautiful walk in shower that my mom can safely get in and out of. Cory and Rob (co-owners) were prompt in all of their communication with us, and the team that worked in our home did spectacular work and were always professional and courteous in their interactions with us. The project was fairly extensive- ripping out an old cast iron tub, taking down old subway tile and baseboard heaters, and installing new light fixtures, a shower, painting, flooring, etc. Throughout the project they kept me up to speed on progress, discussed any unknowns they had run into and how to resolve it (like old plumbing that needed fixed), etc. I could not be more pleased with how the master bath looks now!"
