"John is the owner of Midwest Solid Surface. He and his wife Cicily are terrific. Cicily is extremely user friendly and so helpful. John is a consummate professional. Our old undermount stainless steel sink failed. It was ten years old and was abused by the former occupants who were renters. Even worse, the old sink was improperly installed without clips. John uninstalled the old sink and properly installed the new sink I had purchased. He used clips and adhesive silicone. He reconnected the plumbing and cleaned up. We are very pleased with the quality of the work. We recommend Midwest Solid Surface without reservation. If you have a problem that involves solid surfaces or most any kitchen renovation, do yourself a favor and call them!"

"Great...the second time around. I posted a review on the 24th of April with a D rating. I was immediately in contact with the office. They right away schedule their supervisor to come out and redo it - stripped the new, poorly done finish and re-coated the tub, re-caulked, etc. This all happened yesterday, with him making a second trip out today to inspect and caulk today (Saturday). I am so pleased with the quick response, the insistence that my first experience wasn't acceptable, and Elvis's attention to detail and work ethic. "Prompt, professional and repairs look great.
Great experience. Dan and his wife Tania came out to give me the estimate on the window work. While here, I asked  about the concrete work and was told Adam ( the son) could also do that type of work. I went with the company for both repairs.
Dan and Adam came at the agreed time, did both repairs. Also, great clean-up, only evidence of their being here is the good looking work!
