"Shaun does not cut any corners--he uses the best materials and goes above and beyond what is required by code. He was not the cheapest bid, but he came in way under the national companies.Communication was great. They ended up replacing our entire roof and the roof on our garage. 4 skylights replaced as well."

Historical home required rotten wood replacement ? numerous locations around the house require replacement or repair of external wood siding, trim work - excellent workmanship very happy with work performed.
External Paint sanding (prep) ? wet sanding of the home went quickly and very clean - superb workmanship very happy with work
External Paint tape (prep)- this is where the project was very slow and time seem to take forever to complete ? 2 weeks of taping .
External Paint ? primer coat - excellent workmanship very happy 1 day
External Paint ? base color 2 coats - excellent workmanship took too long to complete- 8 days
External Paint ? trim color - excellent workmanship took too long to complete- 5 days
If you are not looking to get house done quickly 1-2 weeks then these are the guys for you excellent work but slow

"Peter Mountzoures of all trades I really like utilizing the service of Peter because he is one of the few contractors that I felt confident in performing the work on my late parents’ home without me following up right away. In addition, Peter replaced two windows that were on the second floor with ease, razed an old building, replaced the roof on the main dwelling, and plowed my late parent’s driveway when I requested. Peter is trustworthy and very professional. I highly recommend employing Peter’s services."

"Within about a week of ordering it, a package arrived with outline paper. Essentially our job was to outline half the table and the two leafs (we were pleasantly surprised these could be added for a relatively modest amount - I think $12) In addition, they asked for the table company and any serial or model number. About two or three weeks later, right as promised, the package arrived. Our measurements were accurate as the pads fit perfectly. The quality is great. Now the pads are on the table, which looks great, and will be covered by a table cloth with we have formal dinners."

"Although my job was a small one, Wes Crawford fit me in on his way to another job. Since several coats needed to be done and allowed to dry in between, he'd arrive about 8:30 am each day, spend an hour and confirm time for the next day. He was punctual and and always cleaned up before he left."

"As both a general contractor and handyman we found Larkin to be a true professional providing high quality work at a fair, cost effective price. From start of the project to finish his communication, timeliness and follow through were excellent. He brought creative solutions to the table and consistently looked to insure we were happy with the finished product. We had a tight window to get major work done prior to moving into our condo. Larkin was able find painters to get the entire interior done in time plus he installed a beautiful beveled tile back splash in our kitchen. He even helped us move into our unit, mounted a flat screen TV over the fireplace and put new lock sets on our exterior doors. He is a high integrity and trustworthy craftsman who we will not hesitate to use again. We have highly recommended him to family, friends and neighbors."
