"Fantastic! Michael and Brent worked for a month, 5 days a week. They moved my stuff, including washer/dryer, to one area as they worked on another. They used my garage to store and cut lumber. They carefully cleaned up as they went and left everything spotless when they were finished. They even tried to leave the litter boxes undisturbed to minimize stress-related 'accidents.' Not only did they install the windows, but they added some can insulation to an area below the window, which has made a dramatic difference in our perception of warmth in our bathroom. The bathroom used to feel very cold in the winter, but now it is warmer. The company also installed patio doors, but the locking mechanism on the doors never worked correctly. We had to use the kick lock to lock the doors. However, due to our busy schedules, we didn't contact the company until two years later, but the company honored their warranty and fixed the door locks with no hassle. They were respectful of my home, great to work with, and did a fantastic job checking my chimney and gas fireplace to make sure it was safe and in working order. They "reset" the hearth, added the necessary materials, climbed a 30 foot ladder in 20 degree weather to check my chimney and provided a very detailed after-action report along with photos to give to my HOA for repairs. Cannot recommend them enough, all around a very positive experience."
