"Fabio's honesty and integrity restored our faith that there are some honest appliance repair companies out there. It was a Sunday, and my daughter's refrigerator/freezer stopped cooling. She called a different company first. They sent out a subcontractor (of course charging a diagnostic fee) who said the compressor needed to be replaced and provided an estimate of $1600. We knew something was off with this, so my daughter called Fabio. Fabio answered the phone late on a Sunday afternoon and told her the compressor should be covered under warranty. (The frig was only 4 years old). He asked her to text him the model number of the frig. Once he got that info, he confirmed the compressor was covered under warranty and recommended she contact the store where she purchased the frig and that they should replace the compressor for the cost of the labor only. He was right! (She had asked the previous service tech from the other company if it was covered under warranty and he said No). Fabio could easily have been like the other company and offer to replace the compressor for the cost of the part and labor. Fabio did not do that AND he helped her out knowing he would not get the service call. We appreciate Fabio's honesty and ethics and will definitely contact him first, as well as recommend him to friends and relatives, when we need any appliance serviced. Thank you Fabio!"

"George was really great. He figured everything out and went to Home Depot to get what I needed. He was at my house for about 8 hours and the price was very fair. Some of the items were Holes in the wall. Broken mirrored accordion door. Patched and painted some of my outside patio Fixed a light fixture in the bathroom Installed a steel bar in my bathroom Fixed under sink pipes"

Worked fast, efficient, and even cleaned up after his work. Very knowledgeable and felt very comfortable with him doing work in my home. His price was super fair for the work he did. "The service tech was very nice and friendly. They came out early on a Sunday morning after we called them on Saturday telling them our toilets were not draining. They performed the service very quickly. The price was fair for the septic draining and cleaning ($500), but they charged us $250 to snake out a 15ft pipe which seemed really pricy. Took them about 2 minutes to do it and when I went back in my records for the plumbing company we used last time 10 years ago they only charged us $50 to snake the pipe. I'm not sure why this company charges so much for this service when I could have rented the same machine from homedepot for $40 and did it myself. At least I know for next time. Only use them for the pump and cleaning of the septic, nothing else."

"all but the kitchen sink done well ! well the plumber told me I needed to replace my faucet on the kitchen sink, he would get me a quote.i called the boss said he look into it , than I called and said hey the whole countertop needed to be replaced , so he said they could replace some inner pARTs i think washers. i replied but your plumber said it was rusted , washers could have been replaced when hector who was excellent was here. well 2 weeks later and now he says replace the counter top. in simple terms he left me feeling he didn't care."
