In addition they worked quite fast although it was clear they paid attention to the important details. I would surely hire them again and am quite satisfied with the work they did ."

"Went to store front on saturday to look at sample railings. Staff was very helpful. Gave me some catalogues to take home and an appointment for Tuesday for an estimate. On Tuesday Jeff called and said he was running ahead of schedule and asked if he could come an hour earlier. Came and showed us some examples and discussed how certain railings would look and what our steps could "handle". Made our selection and got an install date for 2 weeks later. At 9am on 11/12 Alex and his associate showed up and got to work. The two men were professional and meticulous about what they were doing. It seeemed as thought they were installing the railings on their own home. When they were done they cleaned the area so it looked like the railings were always there. The finished work is perfect and we are thrilled that we chose Fence Depot.

Their work is always done exceptionally well and the owner, Malik, always makes sure it is finished to perfection. Even when we needed something tweaked or if plans changed after they finished, they come and do whatever is needed when needed, cheerfully. Their prices are more than fair and they guarantee their work. We have had Al-Arsh do work for us over the years totaling at least $250K and we ALWAYS chose them."

"Mike and his crew did a very nice job with our condo renovation. He was always easy to work with and accommodated our design requests as well as scheduling. He uses quality sub-contractors, particularly his tile installers and hardwood floor refinishers, both of whom did superior work. We were pleased with the final product and the pricing was reasonable compared to other contractors for the work we needed."

"We had a messy curly willow
that was too close to the house for me to cut. Eddy were quick to
come out and give us a quote I could not refuse. They said they would
try to get us in before the weekend (4 days away) and they were at the
house a day later. They were safe, quick and cleaned up very well. Even
after they got into their truck to leave - the truck stopped, one of the
guys hopped out and ran out into the lawn to pick up a few missed
chips. I HIGHLY recommend this business!

"They were fantastic. They listen & were careful w/ my elderly disabled father's apt., and when there were problems, they coped without complaining. They had to deal with a completely different installation, a shock to us because it was the same bldg. Different wall materials, layout, etc. They helped us find solutions even apologized when they could not find a way in one room but had several suggestions for needed materials. They will get the job when I am ready to fix that room.

"Platinum Carpentry have done excellent jobs on our house. We have had several projects but the 2 main ones are the basement that was finished and now an open floor plan on our main floor (on target to complete over next 2 weeks). We have been very happy with them. The price is right and the quality of the work is great. They are very professional and responsive in all manners. We love our rooms they have done for us. I also appreciate Lisa's honest opinion around design and other aspects of the job. I'd hire them again for more work."
