"I just had an electrical job done by Sean at my house in Mashpee and I honestly cannot say enough good things about him and his company. He gave me a reasonable quote for what I needed done and then communicated with me by email, phone and text to make sure I understood the job and knew what would be happening next. He had to coordinate the job with Eversource which was not easy at all, but he kept at them. He apologized to me several times for how Eversource kept rescheduling when it wasn’t his fault at all. When the day came to have it done, Sean and his crew were on time, got right to work and were very professional. And they always took their shoes off before coming in the house! "For the most part very well. Louis did an excellent job on our rotted window sill. We thought it'd be an easy replacement, but there was considerable rot underneath. He gave us a couple of options on how to fix it, which we appreciated. His strength is an ability to diagnose and figure out different ways to fix a problem. He also repaired a storm door that had been damaged. That wasn't as successful. It doesn't open and close as smoothly as we'd like and the holes for the dead bolt weren't done as professionally as expected. The only other negative was a bit of sloppiness with the caulking around the window. Overall, we'd hire Louis again. He's competent and skilled enough to give you multiple options on how to fix a probelm."
