"When I called to schedule, David was very professional.  I have him all the needed information and he provided me a very reasonable estimate.  The price did not change.  I scheduled a few days in advance as he requested.  Unfortunately I did not get to meet him in person because I was at a business meeting by I had my mother present when they came to perform the service.  She also told me that he was very professional and that they took their time and really made sure they did a professional job.  When I returned home and saw the work they had done, I was very pleased with the quality of their work.  I would definitely recommend them for your carpet cleaning needs. <br />"

"We went through Costco's floor program with Shaw Floors once I was able to determine that CRT Flooring would be the provider (we'd used them before in a previous house). The entire experience was great from start to finish. I had originally been concerned that the Costco program would not offer the entire Shaw product line to their customers (since the rebate was so high) however found I was wrong and that I could choose any flooring I liked. Ewell was the salesman that assisted me and he did a great job of identifying flooring options for me. Once we settled on everything it was all completed within 6 weeks. The installers were great - they cleaned up after themselves and worked efficiently to get the job done in 4 days (one of the rooms we were replacing poorly laid wood floors with wood and this can be quite tedious). To my surprise, we also received our Costco rebate within 3 weeks of the work being completed which I see as an added bonus. Would highly recommend CRT Flooring."

"I have used several Granite Gold products and like their effectiveness because they do what they are supposed to do. No strong fumes or irritating skin problems. The granite counter top daily cleaner and polish are so easy to use (spay it on and wipe with a paper towel) to keep all your stone products clean and shiny. I was surprised to see how effective the grout cleaner is. I sprayed it on some dirty tire floors in the bathroom and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Then I went over it with the scrub brush they provide. It looked clean then, but when it dried, it was much brighter. This is a 40 Year old bathroom tile floor pictured. Granite Gold also provides excellent professional support."

"This young man talked so long on this interview/visit that he really didn't leave much time to clean my floors, which was what I needed. Then he only did a mediocre job. Actually, he didn't follow my instructions so the floors weren't really "cleaned" at all. He just moved all the dust, grass and dog hair around with his broom (which I asked that he not use), then used my steamer which created dirty smudges on my tile. Perhaps this extremely nice young man should stick to cleaning vacant homes for builders. <br />"
