"We needed a bathroom remodel along with fixing a few older issues, and after speaking with a few contractors, we chose Buildwright. Edoe took the time to explain everything clearly and helped us understand what needed to be done. The crew worked carefully and even repaired some problems we had not noticed before. Communication was great throughout the project, and Edoe made sure every detail was done right. The bathroom now looks clean, modern, and much more functional. "Our initial meeting with Suj was great. Initially, we had in mind a much larger job. He had quoted us $3000 for the closet demolition / wall rebuild (non-load bearing), packaged with several other items. Together with the fee for drawings ($4000) and permits, this was a bit higher than we anticipated. However, we decided to go with Suj due to his responsiveness and professionalism. Out of our other quotes, Suj’s pricing was middle of the pack - not the cheapest or most expensive. When the drawings were complete and evaluated, he gave us an updated cost of $6000 over text message. The scope of work had changed, and this was no longer part of a bigger project - understandable. The issue was when he gave us the official estimate a week later and up’d the price once again to $9000. When asked what happened, his exact words were “well, I need to get paid too”. He had weeks to consider before quoting the $6000 and nothing had changed since then. The extra $3000 may be insignificant compared to most renovation costs, but for us in our first home, this was back breaking. We continued with Suj since we were already locked in and well past the 3 day cancellation period. Their work for the most part was exceptional. The new wall blended perfectly into our existing structure, and the ceiling patch was also well done. The problem here was the floor. They had dug up a 1” deep pit in the floor, likely to remove the wall studs. However, they did not patch the floor or even let us know this was going to be an issue. We were never told about the pit until I decided to check in on their progress one day towards the end of the wall build. This required us to pay a handyman to come in next day on a weekend to patch the concrete since we had cabinets being installed the following Tuesday. Suj was aware of this and did not believe it pertinent information. Overall, Suj and SoCal Builders do quality work, but the issues in pricing consistency lost us before the work even started. Not even telling us that we’d be left with a 1” deep pit in our floor after was another huge issue which should’ve been brought up much earlier. This was our first experience with a contractor and I’m not sure if this is typical or not. However, it’s enough to make me doubt I’d contact them for any future work."

"My husband and I really enjoyed working with Ben and his team at Creative Home Remodeling Group. Ben oversaw everything from making the plans, getting them approved by the city, scheduling the entire build and doing all final inspections. We really appreciate how communicative Ben was with what day and a time window we could expect the different work groups to come and what work would be done those days. If my husband or I ever had questions or problems with anything that was going on during our construction we were encouraged to call Ben and he helped create a solution that was workable for all of us. We liked that Ben and his team took care of everything from beginning to end and we did not have to hire any additional contractors along the way. We did have to purchase the specific fixtures and tiling we wanted.) We added apx 200 sq feet to our home, which included a bathroom, walk-in closet and room extension. The total process took exactly 1 year from signing our contract to us being able to use our added rooms. (That included making the plans, getting them approved by the city, the build, the installation and final walkthrough with the city inspector.) I would recommend using Ben and his team at Creative Home Remodeling Group to my family and friends. We look forward to working with Ben again in the future."

"I am very pleased with the work done by Hic builders. Our initial contact was Josef. He came out and gave us a fair price to replace a wood fence, patio cover, and deck. Materials were sourced and brought in without delay despite supply shortages. My dad is a civil engineer and he noted the wood to be of good quality. He and his workers showed up daily, on-time until the project was completed. Every day the work area was left tidy and cleaned up. We live in a townhome. The only access to the backyard is through the front door and living area. His team covered our furniture and flooring. We will definitely call on Hic Builders in the future and recommend others to do the same."

"We hired Trig Builders to tear out our bathtub, shower and shower walls and to build a tub deck with a drop in tub; install marble tiles on the shower floor & walls and vanity backsplash, remove and relocate the old recessed lights and vent fan and install the shower/bath all plumbing fixtures. Like most other people, we also had many other bids before deciding who to hire for that work and at the end of this hard process, we decided to go ahead with Trig Builders. Our decision to hire and work with them was based on their positive online opinions from other clients and the excellent reputation that they have. At first, we worked only with Michelle about the design and the selection of materials of the project. It was a pretty easy and not complicated to work with her. At the end of that process, we were extremely happy with the overall design and the flow of the space. After that stage, Yossi was assigned to our project and he took over with the designs and flow. During the work, we had close to 6 workers that worked daily on the entire project starting with demolition, framing, and construction, paint and finishes installation. By having all this people working at the same time, we felt and noticed that the work is running super-fast and we loved it! Yossi made sure that each stage will be approved by him and this was the main reason why he visited our house on a daily basis (sometimes even more than once a day). The work was completed after 3 weeks from the day that Michelle met with us and we approved the design and the flow. At the end of the work, Yossi and Michelle came over to the final meeting where we inspected all the work and the final project. During that meeting, we informed them about few issues and Yossi was able to take care of them the following day making sure that they all will be resolved and approved by us. This is the greatest service we could think of. Trig Builders did a great work and we do recommend them for any construction work."
