"They did a great job. Very professional & courteous team lead by Mike Mohsini. He was the only contractor to give me a detailed written estimate, which was also lower than the two other verbal estimates I received. Mike also included some needed structural upgrades & other current building code requirements. The final inspection by San Francisco building department is scheduled for Monday, 6/13/22. "ION Builders was extremely responsive and willing to work with me. I heard from far too many companies that won't do jobs for less than $25,000 or will only replace/rebuild an entire structure. I only needed to have a porch pillar repaired, the porch gutter patched and put back in place at a proper drainage angle, and a rotten spot in our deck replaced. We would absolutely hire them again, and give them the highest recommendation. Moreover they fixed a couple of door latches that wouldn't close correctly due to sagging of the doors. Joe gave us a fast turn around and started work within days after we signed our contract. His communication with clients excellent.
