"I just wanted to come in here and say working with Precise Remodeling and Design and Michael was honestly such a nice experience. I’ve had a couple bad experiences in the past with other contractors so I was super nervous going into this, AGAIN, but this time everything went so smooth. Me and my husband remodeled our kitchen: new floors, added this really pretty white oak tone that completely brightened up the space, and Michael helped me pick a backsplash that actually tied everything together (we went with this light gray subway tile and it looks amazing). He also gave me some ideas for the lighting layout and even the little details like under cabinet lighting that I didn’t even think about. The crew was on time, cleaned up after themselves, and the whole process was so easy. It’s honestly the first time I’ve done a remodel and didn’t feel stressed lol. "We purchased our home knowing it would need extensive remodels, and we were admittedly nervous after hearing so many horror stories about planning hold-ups and unreliable contractors. We did our homework, researched over 8 companies, and met with 5. The moment we met Moshe, we knew he was the right person for us. He was the right price, had the right temperament, the right balance of speed and detail orientation, and most importantly, he listened to what we wanted. While other contractors tried to push us into their vision, Moshe respected ours and guided us with smart advice that improved the design for real-life living. It was truly the perfect match. From day one, Moshe was on top of everything. He always had a team on site, and they worked tirelessly through what was no small project: three bathrooms, moving the laundry room, relocating the kitchen, laundry and 2 bedrooms, installing new structural supports, moving multiple windows, moving a slider door and so much more. We even made changes along the way, and he accommodated seamlessly. Incredibly, all of this was completed in just three months, fully permitted and signed off by the city. Pricing was competitive, Ovi and his crew of workers were professional and speedy. Originally estimated at 5 weeks, they only took 3 weeks even though the deck unexpectedly required a full tear down. Love the new ceiling and attic storage they created and epoxy floor in the garage. Have gotten lots of compliments on the work, would use them again."
