"I initially had a great experience with this construction company, but things quickly went downhill. Communication became terrible, with incompetence and a complete lack of responsiveness. To make matters worse, they started subcontracting work to people who were clearly unqualified. The quality of work dropped drastically, and it became obvious that the subcontractors didnâ t know what they were doing. I expected a professional job but ended up with constant frustration, unprofessional behavior, and subpar results. I eventually had to stop them from continuing, as it was clear this project was beyond John and Sherry's capacity. They bit off more than they could chew. I would not recommend this company if you're looking for reliability and quality. For any interested parties, Iâ m more than willing to share the full story. Also, the reviews on this business arenâ t legit as well. Times and dates arenâ t adding up."

By contrast, Rosemarie came out to visit us, patiently listened to what we were dealing with and what our goals were for the yard, and came up with a vision that exceeded our expectations. Her team executed on that vision at a very high level. They worked efficiently and carefully and were respectful of our property and neighbors. We have been so pleased with the results. The installation just wrapped up a few weeks ago, but we have already used our yard much more frequently. The plants that went in are thriving and the drainage issues that we had previously dealt with have gone away. Throughout the process, Rosemarie and her team provided a high level of transparency, responsiveness and communication.
