"GoTo Roofing was very prompt in scheduling our serious roofing issues. I was not able to be there while they were working or was I able to inspect the finished job until a couple of weeks later. I was impressed with the workmanship! The chimney, vents and even the original lightning rods were blended and sealed perfectly! In addition, a piece of trim siding that had blown off the peak of the house was replaced-I would have never been able to get up there! I was thrilled at their kindness, replacing it even though it was not part of their job! This is the second time we have used GoTo Roofing-I HIGHLY recommend them!"

"The team was professional and prompt. We were able to monitor some of the siding installation, and when we were not happy with the alignment, they removed and reinstalled. Being extremely hesitant to have siding placed on our house to begin with, we wanted to ensure it looked as good as it could. The only downside was that there was more painting to be done on the remaining and/or new wood installations remaining after installation than we anticipated. To be clear we were not mislead by the company. It was just a miscommunication. The roof repair was done a few months later to remedy a faulty installation (by another company) around our chimney area. The crew was very professional and worked tirelessly until the job was done. Some additional issues were found during the repair. We were informed ahead of time that this was a possibility. They were quick to address it. We have been happy with the results."

"The job went well.  Once into the tuck pointing part of the job, it was obvious that a lot of mortar behind the outside brick had eroded away.  Michael did a great job making sure the job was done correctly.  As for the roof, the fixes he did, addressed the problem of leaking at the flashing.

"I was told I needed a new roof by a few different companies and when Roofman came out and inspected the roof, he inspected the roof and told me it was good for another 3 years and it did not need replacement. I had one shingle tear back and had it repaired and the other companies told me I needed a new roof and the quotes were over $10,000 for a 10 year warranty. But Roofman was honest and gave me a quote a two thousand less and told me I did not need a new roof. I am so happy that there are still honest people out there. This also gives me a few years to save for a new one. "HDF powerwashed the entire structure even under the top two decks.  They removed all rotten and suspect floor boards, railing and posts.  My lower deck was the worst because its the closest to the ground.  The original deck builder did not put flashing on the wall where the decking is attached to the house. HDF put flashing where it was supposed to be. Also, that dug drainage channels for the water to flow away from my lower deck. It had been retaining water around the footers for 15 years.  HDF's attention to detail is second to none.  They primed and sealed all new wood then applied 10 gallons of Behr premium stain.
 
My deck looks brand new and from a short distance looks like a Trex deck.  HDF did an outstanding job.  I would not hesitate to call on them in the future."
