I later realized I had not been provided with an invoice, so I called the company directly at 781 438 4114. The person who answered the phone emailed me an invoice. The invoice listed an HVAC diagnostic fee of $69.00, followed by ?HYD 170,? with no price or itemized breakdown provided. I understand that professional services and parts can incur significant costs, it is unreasonable that the part alone could account for the entire charge without any supporting documentation. I respectfully requested a detailed breakdown of the invoice through multiple phone calls and emails; however, the responses I received were dismissive and failed "

"Our gas water heater failed on a Friday night. Waking up Saturday a.m. to water in our basement wasn't a pleasant experience. We placed several calls and Quarry Hills was the only company to return our call. Michelle was very helpful with locating the same water heater within a short time frame as the gas heater that failed was still under warranty, to our surprise. She promptly scheduled a tech to our house by 1 p.m. the same day with the new water heater in tow. Seth was very knowledgeable and worked efficiently to get us back up and running. They were straight up with the cost and didn't exceed it when finished with the job.
