"Hired Bay State to take out my old bathtub and shower and replace it with a new walk-in shower. Fabio, the installer, and Daniel, his helper, were excellent! Very professional, efficient and took an eye sore of a bathroom and made it a gorgeous place to take a shower in now. From the beginning, everyone I dealt with were friendly, helpful and professional. Jim, the design consultant, helped us decide on what we wanted and how we were going to get it accomplished. The owner, Jen, was helpful in explaining some things we weren't too sure about and the girls in the office, Sarah and Destiny, were pleasant and patient as we had to re-schedule several times for various reasons on our own part. Bay State accomodated us at every turn. It's a rarity these days to find customer service like they have here. It was a bit expensive but you also get what you pay for. The craftsmanship was excellent and the product itself is top notch. It is MADE IN THE USA, also!"

If you use Liam Neary Construction you will be using these terms and smiling as you tell others about your amazing experience. I had a leak in my roof with water coming in through the chimney. The water came into the utilitiy room creating a mini swimming pool and the hot water tank shut down. Liam came out within an hour of my phone call got my water running showed me how to clean the sensor for the future and reset the hot water tank. He scheduled to come out later that day to replace flashing on the roof to hopefully fix the problem. Unfortunately for me, it was not the full resolution. In the next rainstorm, I got water in the chimney again and reached out to Liam. This time it was a saturday and was thinking I might see him at the start of the work week or need to pay crazy money just to get him to show up. This was not my experience he showed up in 2 hours reviewed what he had done and come up with a new solution. He determined that the chimney needed some additional work and adjusted the price because of the original work that he had done correctly, but did not solve the problem completely. This contractor is the real deal. If you have a problem give him a call today. He will make your life easier and resolve your problems quickly. For the job done right call Liam Neary."

"I am a long time customer who pays Rodenheiser a monthly fee which covers annual maintenance and some priority in the event of any necessary repair required. I had an a/c compressor failure. I had to wait 3 weeks to have a technician visit and tell me that the unit’s motor was dead and the compressor needed replacement. Then, after ordering a new compressor, which was available within 3-4 days I was scheduled for an installation 3+ weeks later. I had to complain strenuously and threaten to cancel the order to get the installation moved forward to within 10 days. Apparently being a long time customer and paying a monthly fee for better service means absolutely nothing. The installation went well. Not sure about future relationship."

All new cabinets, island, windows, floors etc. it was such a smooth process and the finished product looked like it came off a magazine cover. We were so pleased that we hired them again to remove our entire second floor and turn our cape style house into a garrison style. The transformation was incredible. "When we started our plan of remodeling, the first thing we did was the complete roof replacement including kitchen vent & duct pipe installation to the roof, and new installation of attic ventilation. MMP did not only completed it just as agreed but also very efficiently. The crews were friendly, professional, and careful. The jobs were carefully managed and implemented effectively. His proposal included a rebuild of a wall of the bathroom to expand another one adjacent to it. Matt accepted to use my schematic design image (made with a software tool) and a spreadsheet list of the fixtures that I created - as many as fifty items including TOTO, Grohe, American Standard, Panasonic, and IKEA - to start the job (later changed some of them due to local plumbing code compliance) After beginning the bathroom remodel project, Matt shared what jobs will be done with us timely and efficiently via text so that we feel comfortable enough in knowing what is going on while living in the house of dust & noise from remodeling. The crews, Zen and Mark, were very courteous, extensively experienced, reliable, and friendly with excellent communication, sometimes with songs of 80s rock music. They ask me when more precise specifications are needed and notified me when they feel advance notifications are required. When a change is necessary due to inspection, they informed me and clarified what and why. I have never felt uncomfortable in living together with the remodel job which has lasted over four months. The completed two bathrooms were stunning, just as I imagined. Matt, Zen, and Mark have proved their strong & thoughtful expertise and lived up with my request patiently until completion. Great job. A home remodeling project cannot be successful without having a trusted partner, and my experience with MMP has led me to be glad to share my confidence that MMP has a credential to become your reliable partner to manage a construction project together."

"DiOrio builders did excellent basement work. Before DiOrio- my basement unusable, a dusty mess, the walls and ceiling peeling so bad, I couldn’t even walk in there without being covered in chalk. Quotes from other contractors were outrageously high, with a bunch of complicated add-ons. DiOrio builders found a solution at a price that made sense, they fixed exactly what needed fixing. They demolished the old structures, scraped the walls and ceiling, removed decades-old debris, sealed the foundation and put a bright white coating on the wall. Plus, once they removed all the debris, the air quality is much better in the upstairs of my house! I’m so happy they made my basement useable, and I will definitely be calling DiOrio Builders and Designers when it’s time to build a lounge down there."
