"Hired Bay State to take out my old bathtub and shower and replace it with a new walk-in shower. Fabio, the installer, and Daniel, his helper, were excellent! Very professional, efficient and took an eye sore of a bathroom and made it a gorgeous place to take a shower in now. From the beginning, everyone I dealt with were friendly, helpful and professional. Jim, the design consultant, helped us decide on what we wanted and how we were going to get it accomplished. The owner, Jen, was helpful in explaining some things we weren't too sure about and the girls in the office, Sarah and Destiny, were pleasant and patient as we had to re-schedule several times for various reasons on our own part. Bay State accomodated us at every turn. It's a rarity these days to find customer service like they have here. It was a bit expensive but you also get what you pay for. The craftsmanship was excellent and the product itself is top notch. It is MADE IN THE USA, also!"

Lorraine at John Dolan was very responsive in coordinating the work, and Steve and Tyler, the installers, were punctual, professional, excellent tile installers, and really nice guys to deal with. "Excellent! Liam is a quality craftsman. If you want someone who is professional, polite, and has an eye for detail then hire him. Liam not only picked out a quality door, but hung it to perfection. From the start, he was in touch with me via text. He sent me a photo of the door before ordering. He said it would take about 10 days to come in. He contacted me when the door was in and set up a date for install. He arrived 15 minutes early! , but didn’t ring my doorbell till 7am. He built a new door casing and installed a beautiful oak sill. He installed the door and provided plastic on the outside to protect it from the coming rain. ( not all contractors would do that) He cleaned up after the job and sent me a text to let me know the job was done. ( I was working in my office in the house). Liam is an A+ contractor. He does everything right from start to finish. He is exceptional and has a fair price. I will definitely hire him again for any future house projects, and you should too!"

"Peter and Billy installed a mini-split a/c system in my home recently. There were 3 head units on 3 different floors. They arrived on time, discussed the work with me, and explained what they were doing when I would pop in to check on the progress. It was a two-day installation with rain on the first day and heat/humidity on the second. Throughout both days both Peter and Billy remained of good cheer, working efficiently, without a grumble about the weather. An electrician, Chris, joined them on the second day and completed his work quickly. He even took the time to tack up a dangling powerline in the drop ceiling of the basement that wasn't part of the a/c install. Mid-afternoon on the second day everything was complete. Peter walked me through the work they had done, inside and outside. He asked if I had any questions or concerns. I'm very happy with the work that was done and would recommend them to anyone who asked."
