"1920 home had ZERO insulation!! Dean and his team did a great job for an AMAZING price!! Walls, attic basement sills, under flooring in the crawl space, dining room window 'bump out' and a porch area I have converted to a pantry/laundry room. Some Blown-in, some batt and board and some spray foam. Thoroughly discussed why which insulations were the best choices for the areas we were remedying. Everything was clean and you couldn't even tell they had been here!! In and out in less than a day!! Had originally been told 4-6 weeks before they could make it out but we worked out a Sat and it was done within 2 weeks!! I am SOOO happy, can't wait to see how my NISPCO budget changes =-) I wasn't home, had to lock my kitties in a room and Dean even let my babies back out when they left!! I am also a Realtor and would not hesitate referring D&N to any one of my clients!!!"

"I just had my insulation installed two days ago and so far I’ve noticed a big difference. I hate to say it, but I’m almost looking forward to it getting a little colder so I can really determine the difference. The installers that came to my home were very professional and friendly. They took pictures and they were finished and explained what they did. They even informed me of an issue with my furnace intake pipe, which I really appreciated. I will update my review or place a new review in about six months to see how much I’m actually saving on my energy bills."

"There was a slight difference between the original agent and the work crew regarding where the holes would be drilled into the siding surrounding the Bay Window Out Crop.  However the Forman of the work crew explained why the difference of procedure existed and we were satisfied with his explanation.  They cleaned up any debris they left and took great care to not disturb any of the flowers my wife had planted in the area surrounding the Bay Window.   I might note that before they came out, we put a thermometer in the cupboards adjacent to the North wall and recorded the temperatures at different intervals of the day.  After the Insulation had been installed we repeated the recording of temperatures and we had a noticeable difference in the indoor temperature. It was much more pleasant to eat in the dinning area during the winter evenings and not have to wear a sweater or light jacket to keep warm while partaking of the evening meal."

They found our roof had sustained wind damage and they were present when our insurance adjuster arrived to answer any questions he might have. They found additional damage during the process, Waters worked the insurance, we dealt with insurance very little. They cleaned the area each day to the point our yard and driveway actually looked better than it did prior to the work being started. They also suggested upgrades that not only improved the quality of the roof, but will save us money on our home owners insurance. The final product was a beautiful roof. "The owner of USA Insulation, Mark Owens, and his associate spent over an hour inspecting every nook and cranny of my 2800 Sq. Ft. two story home. After which, Mark spent a lot more time reviewing the current situation regarding my home's insulation. Then he thoroughly explained what needed to be done to correct the situation I was so impressed with his knowledge and professionalism and explanation of options. In the end, I decided that the one or two more years I intended to be in this home was not worth the investment. I suggested a partial and less expensive fix that would have resulted in a contract for him. Instead of taking my money, he explained why this would not fix the issue in the coldest room in the house and why it would not be a wise investment for me. I have great respect for his integrity and would recommend him as a professional of the highest caliber. If I should decide not to move in a few years, I will be calling USA Insulation, Mark Owens."

"Work went well. Crew arrived when scheduled and on time. Seemed very professional, friendly, and conscientious. They showed me what they were doing and how the piers would be installed. I gathered 5 quotes for the job and they were the most professional/competitive of everyone I spoke with and I was not disappointed. Only minor complaint would be that it seemed the grading on the back fill was left a bit high. I was told it would settle, but I doubt it will settle that much. Not a big deal--I would still highly recommend them."
