Larry determined that the cost to repair dryer was more than half the price of a new dryer. He determined the dryer was 10 years old. Paying for the parts and labor was 1 option that he offered me or I could scrap the dryer and put the repair cost to a replacement new dryer. As the dryer was 10 years used, we paid Larry for his diagnosis charge which was very reasonable. I highly recommend Larry’s services as he diagnosed the situation quickly and we did a cost analysis to repair or replace the dryer. He is a very patient and kind man. After the part arrived on Thursday, I called to see if I could get it installed on Friday before the holiday weekend. I was assured Tom could make it. He arrived late in the day, finished the repair around 5pm and still had another job to do. In spite of his long day and warm weather, Tom was pleasant. For the diagnosis and repair, they put me on the schedule for the day but could not confirm a time. While this was inconvenient, I appreciated their responsiveness."
