"I was put in touch with a technician named Tom. He was able to help me diagnose the issue with the bake igniter in my gas oven, during a remote video call. Tom sent me a link for the replacement part and explained how to install it. He even gave me a helpful tip for how to clean my oven’s glass window. I was able to replace the part easily using Tom’s instructions. I am very satisfied with the repair and with the help I got from Tom."

"So happy with the service! Their office secretary scheduled a home visit to access the issue and part was ordered and immediately scheduled for a repair date. Dryer was fixed in no time! Works wonderfully! Great owners! Would highly recommend. Super respectful of my home, my pet, super professional."

"The repair man was very knowledgeable and friendly. Fixed my dryer in no time at all."

"My Westinghouse ice maker broke. After buying bagged ice cubes for several months and I decided to have it replace. I am very happy with the appliance repair."

"We felt that we should not have had to pay 210$ for service that we had no idea was needed, as the previous technicians you have sent never advised biyearly maintenance. We could have received the same service for less money from Horizon or BGE Home !"

"Very nice service person who stayed until the work was completed to my satisfaction."

"Musawir was helpful, nice, informative, and did a great job servicing our refrigerator. I highly recommend and will definitely use him again for our appliances."

"They don't use the same contractor. You don't always get the best. It's cheaper for major repairs. They cover everything, parts, labor."
