"My wife and I were looking to have an addition built on our 2 bedroom / 1 bath home back in the winter of 2022. After a phone conversation with Richard, we decided to have him come out to the house. He was very clear with the iCornerstone process, and the benefits of using this process. He is meticulous in measuring and understanding the existing structure. There are no guesstimates and all cost projections are based on the actual materials and labor needed to complete the work. Having such clarity regarding costs before any work begins is not something I've seen in this industry prior to this experience. It was certainly a welcome change. We now have plans for a home addition and complete control over the project. We decide the scope and can customize the plan to our budget. Matt of MMP Consturction's contacted me promptly, scheduled an on-site visit and gave us a quote right away. The work was then scheduled and finished quickly. He was punctual, had great communication, was clear and up-front about everything. His experience reflected in his work. He is meticulous but efficient. He clearly takes pride in his work. Probably the most bind-boggling thing is that he does the vast majority of the work himself and by himself. He knows the building codes in and out, which made getting permits approved as smooth as it gets in a county that is notorious for being difficult to build in. Jack refused to cut corners and confidently stands behind his work. We will absolutely hire him again and cannot recommend him more."

After multiple quotes, I chose WS Builders because the owner was very professional and knew what he was talking about. Wladimir assisted me from beginning to end. We gutted the whole house and replace all the electricity. This was a big project and it was necessary to find a GC who had previous experience in rebuilding a house damaged by fire. I am very please with Wladimir's work ethic and professionalism. He had a quick turnaround and communicated thoroughly to ensure that I fully understand what was going on during the project. William walked me through every step of the way and maintained great communication throughout the project letting me know where they were in the project as well as any difficulties or complexities that they faced.
