Even though we hired them just to put in a concrete pad for a hot tub on a pre-existing deck, they took the time to clean the entire deck, and even re-leveled some of the stones. It was amazing. It was like the whole deck was brand new. At our previous home we definitely had our fair share of terrible contractors.
