"First, let me start by saying that we are extremely pleased with the end result of the kitchen renovation. My designer, Catherine, created a great space to my specifications which was not easy as we were more aware of what we did not like versus what we liked. The project manager, Adem, was professional and kept to the time table. Luis, the head contractor was also very good and his crews were excellent. We were particularly impressed on how tidy they left the work space every day and the quality of their work. Our one small complaint is the lack of communication we experienced. Catherine often promised getting back to us within a day and we did not hear from her for weeks. The progress of the work could have been explained more clearly to us (this was our first renovation ever so did not know what to expect at all): a weekly email would alleviate a lot of the questions we asked. The renovation of a kitchen is no easy project as it is so disruptive to the day-to-day running of a home but we feel that KBR Kitchen accomplished the renovation in a timely manner and we just love how it looks. We highly recommend them."

"Terrific! !  We were extremely pleased with the whole experience.from the initial meeting with Tom Jr. to discuss our project, the professional estimate and competitive pricing to completion of the work on a timely basis. Both Tom Jr. and Tom Sr. provided suggestions as they were working when they felt that the original design could be improved, but there was never any pressure. They provided guidance as to types and brands of fixtures, tile, granite, cabinets and color schemes. Workmanship was excellent. They are both very professional, friendly and a pleasure to work with. We would definitely use them again and would recommend them to friends.

"It is a waste of money. The great majority of people are not going to find any value out of the service. If you need design consultation, you need a full service consultation. If you already have knowledge and experience, and you just need to get a few ideas, then you don't need to pay for that. You can just get a magazine or a book since you already have the knowledge of basic designs in your head or a little bit of experience. To have someone call you and give you information over the phone, you are not getting the personal service that you need. You may as well take the money $49 and apply it to something else like getting someone else to come out and give you the service that you need. Because, you are not getting much, you are not getting anything at all. They are going to have you do the work. After talking to them and I was talking to other home designers, I found out that that was a waste of time and waste of money. I gave them a C because they didn't fail at what they do but they don't offer any value for what they do. There's not much value to it. The cost was fair. They didn't do a terrible job and the cost isn't terrible, it was only $49. It just has a very low value. For responsiveness I gave them a B because they will answer your phone and answer your emails."
