"Joseph came to our home on 8 /28/21, to replace an outdoor GFI outlet. He was punctual, professional, and quite easy to work with. While he was there, I asked him to take a look at our very old electrical panel, and would he consider replacing it at a later date. He said, he needed to check his schedule and get back to me. He did. Joseph obtained the permit. We agreed on a date to install the new panel. I am very satisfied with the work performed by Joseph and his assistants. I'm sure it will pass inspection without issue. He's very good at what he does! Yes, I would hire again. Yes, I definitely would recommend."

"On June 10, I had a company to install security equipment in my home. In doing so, the installer drilled through a wire and I did not have electricity in several outlets due to the damage. Since the company did not have an electrician on staff and was unable to refer me to anyone, I turned to Angie’s List for help in finding someone to correct the problem. I called Hands on Electric on June 11 and spoke to the owner, Kevin Williams. I explained my problem to Mr. Williams and he gave me a window of time in which he would be able to come out. Not only was he able to come out the same day that I called, but Mr. Williams was able to come much earlier than expected. Once he arrived he was able to trouble shoot and diagnose the problem. Mr. Williams was very, very friendly, professional and honest. He was able to answer my husband’s questions and explained what he was doing as he made the repairs. My husband was very happy about that and we were both impressed by the years of experience Mr. Williams had for his age. The work finally got done about two weeks after the original appointment. He was scheduled to return for some finishing details and final electrical inspection. Again several reschedules (he had not even been paid yet which really made me wonder. I am sure he was not going to work for free). Had to leave messages that normally went un-returned. He did finally return for the last details but still no final inspection (we did pay him on this visit). Began having an issue with one breaker. Scheduled him to check it. No show. Left messages, no return calls. So here we are a couple months after beginning this project, mostly happy with the work that was done but not happy about scheduling issues, lack of follow up and still no final inspection."
